(Outside the immediate festival area, there are still some really cool parts of Toronto worth checking out.)

Don’t wait in line for 2 hours in the rain for a live reading of The Princess Bride only to be turned away.

(Actually, you know what? Do it. It was worth a try, and I regret nothing.)

Do check out some local live music while you’re in Toronto, because the jazz band playing Saturday nights at the expensive Italian restaurant on King is well worth it.
