Today started off well with seeing I Saw the Light starring Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston.
Hiddleston’s and Olsen’s acting was great, but the storyline wasn’t as strong. However, to my great surprise, not only was the director attending the Q & A session after the film but Elizabeth and Tom as well.

The day ended even better with seeing The Rainbow Kid. It went above and beyond my expectations and I am so happy I missed The Lobster. The movie was dark, but touching. The main actor and actress, Dylan Harman and Krystal Nausbaum mentioned that they would like to see more people with special needs represented in media by people with special needs. Dylan also mentioned that he and other people with special needs are capable of handling acting and dark roles.
