Hello! My name is Paige McGrail. I am an Integrated Studies Major concentrating in photography (studio art minor) and cinema studies. I transferred to OU last fall and had previously studied film at California State- Long Beach and photojournalism at University of Missouri. This is my last semester at OU and I will be graduating in December! My favorite films are probably Apocalypse Now (the redux), Lawrence of Arabia, The English Patient, and The Grand Budapest Hotel. As far as TV goes, I love The Office and 30Rock as well as the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares (where Gordon Ramsay is actually a very nice man.) Even though I will not be attending the festival I am still super stoked to learn the history of film festivals and how the film festival circuit affects the industry as a whole.
