Hello,

My name is Zak Hallett. I am a Cinema Studies major with a minor in English. You can find me wearing a suit, or at least a shirt and tie on a casual day.

My favorite film is Drive, followed closely by Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. My favorite Director would probably have to be Wes Anderson.

I don’t watch nearly enough television, but my favorite show of all time is BBC’s Sherlock. My favorite comedy show is Parks & Recreation. I have seen both series many times through, despite the long list of television shows I have not yet viewed.

I am very excited for TIFF, as I have never been to a film festival! In fact, I have hardly even traveled outside of Michigan, let alone outside the country. I look forward to experiencing a new city while indulging my love for film.
